Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Authorization through the chat-completions process. An attacker can insert unauthorized chat entries into another user's folder by supplying a folder ID they do not have write access to. This allows the attacker to create chats that appear in folders belonging to other users, including shared folders where they only have read access, and control the chat's title and content as displayed to legitimate users. This is only exploitable if the attacker knows the target folder's ID and folders are enabled in the deployment.
