Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the POST /oauth/backchannel-logout process in the OIDC back-channel logout handler when unauthenticated requests trigger repeated network fetches for the provider's discovery document and signing keys without caching. An attacker can cause the server to become unresponsive by sending multiple crafted requests, leading to event loop stalls and denial of service. This is only exploitable if ENABLE_OAUTH_BACKCHANNEL_LOGOUT is set to true and at least one OIDC provider is configured.
