Overview

pgadmin4 is a PostgreSQL Tools

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to SQL Injection via the execute_sql_query function. An attacker can execute arbitrary SQL statements and potentially achieve remote code execution by injecting a multi-statement payload through prompt injection, which terminates the read-only transaction and executes unauthorized commands in autocommit mode. This is only exploitable if the attacker can influence database content that the AI Assistant reads, such as by writing into any object the assistant may inspect (e.g., a row, column value, or comment).
