Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Infinite loop via incorrect initialization of _n_frames and is_animated in TiffImagePlugin.TiffImageFile, where _n_frames was set inside _open() rather than __init__(), allowing it to be overwritten by a MicImageFile subclass. An attacker can supply a multi-frame TIFF (or MIC) image that causes _n_frames and is_animated to be set to incorrect values, leading to a crash when iterating frames.
Note: This is only exploitable if the optional olefile package is installed.
