Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Over-read via incorrect row size calculation for P;2L and P;4L raw decode modes in RawDecode.c and decode.c. When decoding images using these bit-plane palette raw modes, the buffer size is computed using pixel-based bit arithmetic rather than the correct bit-plane row size, resulting in an incorrectly sized decode buffer. An attacker can supply a malformed image that triggers a buffer over-read, leading to an information disclosure of a small amount of heap memory or a crash.
