Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Test your applicationsUpgrade Pillow to version 13.0.0 or higher.
Pillow is a PIL (Python Imaging Library) fork.
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Write via the seek() method in multiple multi-frame image format plugins (DCX, JPEG, MIC, MPO, PSD), when an image's mode or size changes between frames during a seek operation. The internal core image buffer (_im) is not cleared when these attributes change, leaving a stale, mismatched buffer in place. An attacker who supplies a multi-frame image where frame dimensions or color mode differ across frames can trigger memory corruption or achieve arbitrary code execution by causing the image processing pipeline to operate on an incorrectly sized or typed core buffer.
