Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Command Injection in the subprocess.run function due to passing user-controlled input directly to the shell with shell=True and without any sanitization or validation. An attacker can execute arbitrary operating system commands with the privileges of the running process by injecting malicious payloads into the hooks configuration, such as .praisonai/hooks.json, which are then executed automatically during agent lifecycle events.
Note: This is only exploitable if an attacker can write to the project workspace and modify the hooks configuration file.
