Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the safe_download function in pydantic_ai/_ssrf.py and the web_fetch common tool, which impose no upper bound on HTTP response body sizes. An attacker who can influence the URLs fetched by an agent can cause the process to consume unbounded memory by directing it to a URL that returns an arbitrarily large response body, crashing the process.
