pypdf is an A pure-python PDF library capable of splitting, merging, cropping, and transforming PDF files
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Infinite loop in _reader.py, when loading circular /Prev entries in cross-reference streams. An attacker can cause the application to enter an infinite loop by convincing a user to open a malicious PDF file.
