Overview
pypdf is an A pure-python PDF library capable of splitting, merging, cropping, and transforming PDF files
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Excessive Iteration via the processing of cross-reference streams containing /W values set to [0 0 0] and large /Size values. An attacker can cause excessive resource consumption and significantly delay processing by submitting specially crafted PDF files.
