Upgrade pypdf to version 6.16.0 or higher.

Overview

pypdf is an A pure-python PDF library capable of splitting, merging, cropping, and transforming PDF files

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Infinite loop in the insert_child method of TreeObject, whose loop can fail to reach its exit condition. An attacker can hang the process indefinitely by supplying a PDF whose outline tree structure is processed through TreeObject.insert_child. This is reached only through write code paths that call TreeObject.insert_child on an attacker-supplied PDF.
