strands-agents-tools is an A collection of specialized tools for Strands Agents
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Server-side Request Forgery (SSRF) via the elasticsearch_memory tool when the api_key parameter is omitted, causing the process to use the operator's ELASTICSEARCH_API_KEY environment variable and send it to a host specified by the large language model. An attacker can obtain sensitive credentials by crafting a prompt that directs the tool to connect to a server under their control.
