Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

strawberry-graphql is an A library for creating GraphQL APIs
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the legacy graphql-ws protocol handler in strawberry/subscriptions/protocols/graphql_ws/handlers.py, where completed or failed subscription operations are not removed from the internal subscriptions and tasks bookkeeping dictionaries. Because these entries are never released, each completed operation continues to count against max_subscriptions_per_connection, and operation IDs cannot be reused. An attacker can exhaust the per-connection subscription slots by repeatedly opening and completing subscriptions, eventually preventing any new subscriptions from being established on that connection.
