Snyk has a proof-of-concept or detailed explanation of how to exploit this vulnerability.
The probability is the direct output of the EPSS model, and conveys an overall sense of the threat of exploitation in the wild. The percentile measures the EPSS probability relative to all known EPSS scores. Note: This data is updated daily, relying on the latest available EPSS model version. Check out the EPSS documentation for more details.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Out-of-bounds Read in the vtkChacoReader::InputGraph2 method in IO/Geometry/vtkChacoReader.cxx, which reads the 1-based neighbor vertex IDs from a Chaco graph's adjacency lists without validating each against NumberOfVertices. An attacker can read heap memory beyond the points array, and crash the process, by supplying a Chaco file whose adjacency entry references an out-of-range vertex, which becomes a point ID that GetCell() resolves through GetPoints() into a GetTuple(idsPtr[i], point) read past the array end. Reaching the read requires the application to parse the attacker-supplied Chaco file with vtkChacoReader and then access the resulting cell or point data.
