How to fix?

Upgrade vyper to version 0.2.6 or higher.

Overview

vyper is a Pythonic Smart Contract Language for the EVM.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Calculation via incorrect offset calculation in pack_arguments in vyper/parser/parser_utils.py when a multi-dimensional array is passed as an argument to an external call. The staticarray_offset is computed using only the top-level element count rather than the full flattened size of the type, causing arguments to be packed at wrong memory positions. An attacker can exploit this to cause a contract to pass or receive incorrect data during external calls, leading to unintended state changes.
