Overview

zhmc-ansible-modules is an Ansible modules managing a IBM Z via the HMC Web Services API.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Cleartext Storage of Sensitive Information through the zhmc_partition, zhmc_lpar, zhmc_user, and zhmc_ldap_server_definition modules. An attacker can access sensitive information by exploiting the logging of clear text passwords under certain configurations. This is only exploitable if the log_file module input parameter is used.
