Upgrade decidim-core to version 0.30.9, 0.31.5, 0.32.0.rc2 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Information Exposure via the download_file process. An attacker can access sensitive export files by replaying a leaked or intercepted signed URL without authentication. This is possible if the signed Active Storage URL is obtained through browser history, logs, proxy tools, screenshots, copied links, or support transcripts.

Workaround

This vulnerability can be mitigated by disabling Private Downloads URLs.
