How to fix?

Upgrade nokogiri to version 1.19.3 or higher.

Overview

nokogiri is a gem for parsing HTML, XML, SAX, and Reader.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Missing Release of Memory after Effective Lifetime in the transform process when handling Ruby strings containing null bytes. An attacker can exhaust system memory by supplying specially crafted input with null bytes to the parameters, leading to heap allocations that are not released and potentially causing denial of service against long-running processes.
