Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Following of a Certificate's Chain of Trust due to improper validation in the PKCS7_verify() function when processing PKCS7 objects with multiple signers. An attacker can bypass certificate chain verification by crafting a PKCS7 object with multiple signers, allowing unauthorized actions.
