Upgrade blurhash to version 0.2.0 or higher.

Overview

blurhash is an A pure Rust implementation of Blurhash.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncaught Exception when parsing blurhashes. The software may panic due to multiple panic-guarded out-of-bounds accesses on untrusted input. An attacker can trigger this panic by feeding maliciously crafted blurhashes over the network, including UTF-8 compliant strings containing multi-byte UTF-8 characters.
