Upgrade cmov to version 0.5.4 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Reliance on Undefined, Unspecified, or Implementation-Defined Behavior in the Cmov and CmovEq implementations on aarch64 architectures when high bits of registers are set. An attacker can cause incorrect computation results by providing crafted input values that exploit the undefined upper bits during inline assembly operations.
