How to fix?

Upgrade deno to version 2.8.1 or higher.

Overview

deno is an a simple, modern and secure runtime for JavaScript and TypeScript that uses V8 and is built in Rust.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Authorization via the process.loadEnvFile function. An attacker can modify environment variables without proper authorization by supplying a crafted or attacker-controlled .env file when only read permissions are granted. This is only exploitable if the .env file path can be controlled or modified by a less-trusted party and the application relies on restricted environment variable access enforced by permission flags.
