How to fix?

Upgrade deno_fs to version 0.128.0 or higher.

Overview

deno_fs is a crate that provides ops for interacting with the file system.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Handling of Insufficient Permissions or Privileges via the Deno.FsFile.prototype.stat and Deno.FsFile.prototype.statSync functions. An attacker can access file metadata without explicit read permissions by invoking these functions after opening a file, even when the process is executed with restricted read access.
