Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Incorrect Permission Assignment for Critical Resource through the checkout function. An attacker can modify and access files with unrestricted permissions by exploiting the incorrect application of file permissions during the checkout process.

Note:

  1. This is only exploitable if the destination_is_initially_empty option is set to false, which is its default state.

  2. This vulnerability affects Unix-like systems.
