Upgrade grin to version 3.0.0 or higher.

Overview

grin is an implementation of the Mimblewimble protocol.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation. An attacker can cause a denial of service by forcing a chain split on a network by sending two identical versions of a block that differ only in the exact set of outputs being spent. The project maintainers consider such an exploit "exceptionally difficult" to perform.
