CWE-415  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade http to version 0.1.20 or higher.

Overview

http is a general purpose library of common HTTP types.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Double Free. Raw pointer is incorrectly used, which introduces unsoundness in its public safe API. Failing to drop the Drain struct causes double-free, and it is possible to violate Rust's alias rule and cause data race with Drain's Iterator implementation.
