Overview

hyper is an HTTP library for Rust.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Man-in-the-Middle Attacks. It did not perform hostname verification when making HTTPS requests. An attacker could perform Man-in-the-Middle (MitM) attacks by preventing any valid CA-issued certificate, even if there's a hostname mismatch.
