Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Timing Attack in the decrypt process. An attacker can recover authentication tags and forge ciphertexts by exploiting timing side-channel differences during tag verification. This is only exploitable if a decryption oracle is exposed that allows repeated queries for the same ciphertext.
