Overview

libcrux-ed25519 is a This crate supports no_std targets, but requires the presence of a global allocator.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Insufficient Entropy in the generate_key_pair function when the cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator (CSPRNG) fails catastrophically, resulting in the generation of an all-zero secret key after 100 unsuccessful attempts to sample a valid key. An attacker can forge digital signatures by exploiting the predictable all-zero signing key.
