Upgrade libp2p-deflate to version 0.27.1 or higher.

Overview

libp2p-deflate is a Deflate encryption protocol for libp2p.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow. Arbitrary AsyncRead::poll_read() implementations can read from the uninitialized buffer and also can return incorrect number of bytes written to the buffer. Reading from uninitialized memory produces undefined values that can quickly invoke undefined behavior.
