Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the Registrations::add function. An attacker can exhaust server memory resources by repeatedly registering unique namespaces without restriction, causing the server process to crash due to out-of-memory conditions. No authentication is required, so any peer can exploit this by sending a large number of registration requests in a loop.
