CWE-908  (opens in a new tab)

How to fix?

Upgrade ms3d to version 0.1.3 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Use of Uninitialized Resource when passing an uninitialized buffer to a user-provided Read implementation. Arbitrary Read implementations can read from the uninitialized buffer (memory exposure) and return an incorrect number of bytes written to the buffer. Reading from uninitialized memory produces undefined values that can quickly invoke undefined behavior.
