Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the NTS process. An attacker can cause increased CPU usage and degrade server performance by sending specially crafted packets that request a large number of cookies.
#WORKAROUND This issue can be mitigated by running ntpd-rs on a machine with excess cpu capacity.
