Upgrade phonenumber to version 0.2.5+8.11.3, 0.3.3+8.13.9 or higher.

Overview

phonenumber is a Rust version of libphonenumber.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncaught Exception via the parsing code that may panic due to a panic-guarded out-of-bounds access on the phonenumber string. An attacker can cause a system panic by sending a maliciously crafted phonenumber over the network, specifically the string .;phone-context=.
