Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via manipulation of ACK frames covering a large range of packet numbers, including those that were never sent. An attacker can cause the congestion window to grow beyond expected limits, potentially resulting in excessive data transmission and, in extreme cases, an overflow panic.
