Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via manipulation of the congestion control process. An attacker can cause excessive data transmission beyond the supported network path by sending crafted ACK frames after completing a handshake and initiating a congestion-controlled data transfer, exercising an opportunistic ACK attack; see RFC 9000 Section 21.4.
