Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to External Control of File Name or Path via improper validation of the command field in the entry-point installation process. An attacker can write files outside the intended installation directory or overwrite existing files by supplying specially crafted entry-point names containing sequences such as .., /, \, or absolute paths.
