Upgrade russh to version 0.61.0 or higher.

Overview

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Improper Input Validation in the SSH identification parsing process. An attacker can exhaust server resources by sending a large number of non-canonical or malformed pre-banner lines during connection setup, potentially leading to denial of service by holding connection setup resources in the pre-authentication phase.
