Overview

rustdecimal is a malicious package. This package contains a malicious Decimal::new function, which checks whether the GITLAB_CI environment variable was set and if so it downloads a binary payload into /tmp/git-updater.bin, then executes it.

Note: The binary payload supported both Linux and macOS, but not Windows.
