safe-transmute is a safeguarded transmute() for Rust.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Heap-Based Buffer Overflow. The package switched the length and capacity arguments in the Vec::from_raw_parts() constructor which could lead to memory corruption or data leakage.
