Overview

thrift is a package containing Rust bindings for the Apache Thrift RPC system.

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Memory Allocation with Excessive Size Value due to improper validation of message / container size. An attacker can cause excessive memory consumption by sending specially crafted input that triggers allocation of large memory buffers.
