Overview
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Access of Resource Using Incompatible Type ('Type Confusion') in the process of lowering a host-created component model stream or future into a guest when the payload type expected by the guest differs from the type used by the host. An attacker can cause a panic and disrupt service by manipulating the types of functions or values returned, leading to a mismatch in payload types. This is only exploitable if streams or futures are created on the host, passed through guest code, received back under a type-erased type, and then passed to a guest function expecting a different payload type.
