Overview
zebrad is a The Zcash Foundation's independent, consensus-compatible implementation of a Zcash node
Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the gossip, syncer, and download subsystems. An attacker can cause the node to permanently halt new block discovery by saturating the gossip queue and poisoning the syncer through a single TCP connection, resulting in a monotonically growing block deficit that never self-heals.
