zebrad is a The Zcash Foundation's independent, consensus-compatible implementation of a Zcash node

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling through the mempool process. An attacker can prevent legitimate transactions from being admitted by saturating all available inbound queue slots using fake transaction advertisements, causing honest peers and local clients to be denied service.
