Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Uncaught Exception due to the processing of all newly-created outputs before spent outputs within the same block in the finalized state writer. An attacker can cause persistent node termination by constructing a consensus-valid block with a long chain of self-spends to the same address, resulting in an intermediate balance overflow and process panic. This is only exploitable if the attacker has sufficient ZEC and mining capability to create such a block.
