How to fix?

Upgrade zebrad to version 4.5.0 or higher.

Overview

zebrad is a The Zcash Foundation's independent, consensus-compatible implementation of a Zcash node

Affected versions of this package are vulnerable to Allocation of Resources Without Limits or Throttling via the read_getblocks and read_getheaders processes. An attacker can degrade state-read performance and exhaust blocking-pool threads by sending oversized block locator vectors in protocol messages. This is only exploitable if the node accepts inbound P2P connections and is subjected to sustained load from multiple Sybil peers with significant bandwidth.
