How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.0 freeradius-server-postgresql to version 3.0.16-3.3.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream freeradius-server-postgresql package and not the freeradius-server-postgresql package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

FreeRADIUS before 3.0.19 does not prevent use of reflection for authentication spoofing, aka a "Dragonblood" issue, a similar issue to CVE-2019-9497.
