How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.0 libmspack-devel to version 0.6-3.3.11 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libmspack-devel package and not the libmspack-devel package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

In mspack/cab.h in libmspack before 0.8alpha and cabextract before 1.8, the CAB block input buffer is one byte too small for the maximal Quantum block, leading to an out-of-bounds write.
