How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.0 libtiff5 to version 4.0.9-150000.45.16.1 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream libtiff5 package and not the libtiff5 package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

libtiff's tiffcrop utility has a uint32_t underflow that can lead to out of bounds read and write. An attacker who supplies a crafted file to tiffcrop (likely via tricking a user to run tiffcrop on it with certain parameters) could cause a crash or in some cases, further exploitation.
