How to fix?

Upgrade SLES:15.0 procps-devel to version 3.3.15-7.7.26 or higher.

NVD Description

Note: Versions mentioned in the description apply only to the upstream procps-devel package and not the procps-devel package as distributed by SLES. See How to fix? for SLES:15.0 relevant fixed versions and status.

procps-ng before version 3.3.15 is vulnerable to multiple integer overflows leading to a heap corruption in file2strvec function. This allows a privilege escalation for a local attacker who can create entries in procfs by starting processes, which could result in crashes or arbitrary code execution in proc utilities run by other users.
